Iowa foundation awards fire grants totaling $80,919

LE MARS, Iowa — The Community Foundation of Greater Plymouth County has awarded a total of $80,919 to 17 non-profit organizations and groups in the county for 2011.

The grants were presented Thursday afternoon at the Le Mars Convention Center by foundation members.

The awards were paid for in whole or in part of what was requested by the groups in their applications.
