Grant Details:
Application Due Date: Open Deadline

Description:

Overview:

As a nonprofit organization, Kaiser Permanente Colorado's mission is to improve the health of our members and the communities we serve. Our goal of total community health is deeply embedded in our nearly 40-year history in Colorado as a prevention-oriented health care organization. We invest in our state's communities because health is a human condition that affects us all.

Grants:

Kaiser Permanente Colorado's grant program in the Denver/Boulder region funds nonprofit organizations in the Denver/Boulder/Longmont metropolitan areas. We are interested in funding locally-based programs that engage multiple sectors and partners to improve the health of Colorado’s communities. Grants typically range from $5,000-$20,000.

Our grantmaking provides financial support of programs that address community needs in these four areas:

1. Care and Coverage for Low Income People
2. Community Health Initiatives
