Overview:

The mission of the Governor's Highway Safety Program is to plan and execute a comprehensive highway safety program for North Carolina in order to reduce the number and severity of crashes and the resulting fatalities and injuries on the State's roadways utilizing present and potential resources available on the local, state and national levels.
