The State and Community Highway Safety Grant Program supports state highway safety programs, designed to reduce traffic crashes and resulting deaths, injuries and property damage. These grant funds are only for traaffic safety purposes.

Funds:

Emergency Medical Services: To ensure appropriate treatment through a coordinated system of emergency medical care for persons injured in highway crashes.
